Do you have a strong analytical and problem solving skills? Do you have an experience in software or product testing methodologies and tools and in variety of environment? 
We are looking for a part-time Product Beta Tester and Brand Spokesperson to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for testing our Goal Achieving Journal product by providing feedback to help improve its overall functionality and user experience. You will also serve as a spokesperson for our brand, helping to promote our products and engage with our customers. This is a work from home position, and you will be expected to work 25 hours per month. We offer a competitive hourly rate of $10.7 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Test the Goal Achieving Journal product to identify bugs, errors, and areas for improvement
  • Provide feedback to the product development team to help improve the product's overall functionality and user experience 
  • Participate in product testing sessions and focus groups 
  • Write detailed product feedback reports and communicate findings to the product development team 
  • Create social media content, blog posts, and other marketing materials to promote our products 
  • Engage with customers on social media and other platforms to build brand awareness and loyalty 
  • Represent our brand at trade shows and events as needed 
Qualifications:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Comfortable using technology and software applications 
  • Excellent attention to detail 
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively 
  • Experience with product testing or quality assurance preferred 
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation a plus
